The Role of Dream City Development Company in the YERRA Project’s Development
DCD (Dream City Development) is leading the conceptual design, planning, and implementation phases of the future community-settlement on behalf of 1SQ Company. Since the project’s inception, DCD has organized extensive, specialized discussions with highly respected professionals from various fields who are active in Armenia. These sessions, including dozens of discussions and modeling exercises, have addressed the challenges of creating a sustainable community model. Most notably, through the constructive collaboration between 1SQ Company and DCD, the conceptual framework of the project, the foundation for the implementation roadmap, and the proposed architectural design for the community-settlement were developed by the DCD team as a foundation for future progress. Furthermore, the list of sectoral studies required for the full design of the program has been approved.
The steps and actions necessary for the effective and responsible implementation of the program are being developed and coordinated in close collaboration with the client’s team. Through this teamwork, DCD and 1SQ companies have, even at the conceptual design stage, identified key actions that, while maintaining the overall vision of the program, will ensure the project progresses with minimal implementation risks.

To create a community of the future, where an innovative urban environment with a sustainable development future will be built, based on modern settlement design standards and a profitable business model, in particular based on the following targeted objectives:

The project will be implemented in phases, involving various investment mechanisms that will allow potential beneficiaries to invest in different development stages and areas of interest, according to their needs and expectations.
Preserving traditions and cultural values will result in an exceptional urban development project for Armenia, featuring unique spatial planning and architectural solutions combined with advanced and innovative technologies.
The project will also be carried out in collaboration with international organizations, through professional networks, platforms, and the integration of best practices.
