Tsaghkadzor Apart Hotel
One of our first projects, which is planned to be implemented in the forested area next to Tsaghkadzor city.
It is a club-type multi-apartment building / apart-hotel equipped with exceptional amenities.
The 13 apartments with different configurations can accommodate both small and large families or groups of friends with maximum comfort.
The load-bearing skeleton of the building (columns and beams) is designed to be constructed from CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) multi-layer natural wood structural elements, which have a number of advantages over a reinforced concrete structural skeleton:
- Compliance with high ecological standards
- Rapid assembly of the building's frame
- Aesthetic appearance and the absence of the need for interior finishing
- Harmony of the building with the surrounding environment
