A one-of-a-kind off-road racing complex is planned, designed to host professional auto and motorsport events, along with a variety of adventure activities
The complex will be developed as part of the large-scale urban project YERRA, situated within the territory of the YERRA initiative in the western region of Armenia, on an impressive plateau. The Off-Road Park is located 80 km from Armenia’s capital, Yerevan, offering the target consumer group convenient infrastructure for regular use.
An essential and distinctive feature of the planned off-road center is its comprehensive infrastructure, which will include:
- a comfortable reception
- an area for briefings conducted by instructors
- open and closed cafes, along with a restaurant
- a hotel with 16 rooms for accommodatio
- specialized areas for the maintenance and service of off-road vehicles, including maintenance and repair zones
The Off-Road Park spans approximately 250 hectares of fertile land, featuring complex terrain and diverse surfaces
Within the complex, two specialized tracks will be constructed, both meeting safety standards:
for cyclists, motorcyclists, and other light sports vehicles
for ATVs and sports cars
