On May 28, 2025, a collaborative event was held, during which David Chknavoryan, founder of Dream City Development, presented the Off Road (Auto Racing Events Center) investment project, which is planned to be implemented in the YERRA area. This initiative creates new opportunities for the development of adventure tourism in Armenia, in line with international experience.
